August 2026 - Bobbie Jo Hurt joins the lab as the first Ph.D. student! She graduated from Sam Houston State University with a major in Psychology and enrolled in the Psychology - BCN graduate program at TAMU. Havisha Chiliveri and Madeleine Wilmotte also join the lab as undergraduate research assistants. Welcome, all!
July 2026 - Sarah presented her research at the International Symposium on Epigenetic Inheritance in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Excellent meeting and fantastic company, including Chris Pierce and Fair Vassoler.
May 2026 - Sarah presented research at the Gordon Research Conference on the Neurobiology of Addiction in Barcelona, Spain.
May 2026 - We wish Julia all the best as she returns to Dallas and pursues industry positions! Her time in the lab was short, but she made a huge impact!
April 2026 - Lab happy hour to celebrate the end of the year and wish a warm farewell to the lab's first undergraduate researchers, Minie and Keyaan, who graduate this semester. Best of luck to you both!
